David Chernushenko David Chernushenko is an entrepreneur, educator, public speaker and film producer from Ottawa, Canada. He works to promote prosperous communities and healthy livelihoods. In October 2010 he was elected to Ottawa’s city council. He recently served as Vice Chairman of Canada’s National Round Table on the Environment and the Economy. He has written three books on sustainable management practices and is a co-founder of Clean Air Champions, a national charity that involves athletes in tackling air pollution while promoting active living. He served for six years on the International Olympic Committee’s commission on Sport and the Environment. David is currently promoting The Living Lightly Project, a multi-media initiative that shares stories and solutions to build a richer future for all on a healthy planet. His first film, Be the Change, was independently produced and distributed on DVD in 2008. His first feature-length film Powerful: Energy for Everyone – was premiered in November 2010. |

Michael A. Dobbin With one foot on each side of the Atlantic, Michael takes pride in bringing Canada and Europe together. Recent titles include Boris Rodriguez’s Eddie starring Thure Lindhardt: a Canada-Denmark co production. Endre Hules’ The Maiden Danced stars Endre Hules, Deborah Unger and Zsolt László and was shot by Oscar winner Vilmos Zsigmond: a co production with Hungary and the first ever between Canada and Slovenia. Past titles include Toni Harman's The Devil’s Curse (AKA Credo) and David Chernushenko’s documentary Powerful: Energy for Everyone. Michael worked with one of Europe’s top script-development agencies, Arista Development and was mentored by BAFTA-winning producer Leslee Udwin. He’s a multi award-winning director in his own right and is an alumnus of Ryerson University. Michael founded the ‘Just Watch Me!’ Berlin Screeningroom with the Canadian Embassy, and as a story editor, script doctor and lecturer is in steady demand on both sides of the Atlantic. Quiet Revolution Pictures is a voting member of the Academy of Canadian Cinema & Television and is a member of the Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA). |
